Sherlock Holmes His Last Bow: The Adventure of Wisteria Lodge: Part 2 The Tiger of San Pedro & The Adventure of the Cardboard Box (p1031-1059)

In The Tiger of San Pedro, Watson and Holmes went to Wisteria Lodge with inspector Baynes and found out that the constable that was guarding the house saw a man that intruded and when he saw him, he chased him but the man got away. When they went inside the house, Holmes said that voodoo actions were happening. Later, while he was reading the newspaper, Holmes found out that Inspector Baynes arrested Garcia's cook, whom was also the man that intruded. Holmes did not agree that he was the murderer but Baynes didn't care. Later, Holmes became interested in the Henderson's. No one knew where they came from and they were rich while the husband was scared of something. Holmes also thought that the note from part 1 came from him and that Miss Burnet was the writer. After that, they found out that the Hendersons had left and tried to take Miss Burnet along. When she refused Mr. Henderson drugged her with opium. At the end, Holmes found out that Henerson was Inspector Baynes all along and also the Tiger of San Pedro. Miss Burnet was also proved to go along with the murder. So they ended up showing up in Madrid under new names and were murdered with the killers not caught.
In The Adventure of the Cardboard Box, an old woman named Miss Susan Cushing got a letter with two human ears in salt. So, Inspector Lesterade thought it was a prank by some medical students whom she evicted. But Holmes thought that an actual crime happened and said that the senders were looking for a sailing man. After some asking around and searching, Holmes found that the ears belong to Miss Cushing's dead sister and her husband. He also found out that the letter was supposed to go to Miss Cushing's other sister. It was supposed to go to her because of her husband Jim Browner. He is a sailor and Holmes got Lestrade to go and arrest him when his ship went to port.
